We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover). You can call us with your credit card information or just send by email if your bank generates one-time card number for online purchases.

All questions or concerns must be brought to our attention immediately after the item has been received. We will do our best to resolve any issues that may come up in a timely and satisfactory method.


Exchange policy


We may exchange product on different model/color/size ONLY if we have one in stock. Call or email us for available models, colors and sizes. 10% restocking fee plus shipment cost will be applied. All items returned for exchange have to be sent within 2 days after delivery and in the same condition as sent.

You have to call/email us for RA before sending item back.

No items will be accepted for exchange without RA#.

There is not return acceptable for closeout item.


Handling and shipping


We are doing our best to deliver product in the best condition to the customer. Handling fees cover everything necessary to make delivery safe and fast: to cover the cost of boxes, tape, labels, delivery expenses to the shipping depot and the labor required to ship each item in a professional and timely manner. Handling charges vary depending on the item purchased and included in shipping cost.

Let us know if you want to include additional insurance for shipments – additional fees will be applied.

Usually it take about 1-2 business days to ship your item. You will be notified if any delay occurs.
